We began by addressing many of the strange injuries the Braves have dealt with in the past few days, including Tyler Flowers' hand, Arodys Vizcaino's oblique, and Freddie Freeman's (taken care of and not long term threatening) cancerous mole. Then we looked at the bright spots amidst two disappointing games, which actually are quite plentiful when you start thinking about what will work for the Braves in two years. After that, we discussed what kind of trades might be in store for the team as the Deadline approaches, although neither of us think anything major will occur. Finally, we end the show by looking at the August 5, 1973 no-hitter by Phil Niekro against the Padres. Let's just say it wasn't a clash of the titans.
