Episode 44 - April 21, 2017

The Braves have had a very up and down week, with a sweep of the Padres followed by getting swept by the Nationals. But we're not that worried at the Channel 17 Podcast, because we kind of expected the Braves to be a little below .500 this year. We venture into what might be wrong with Dansby Swanson (if anything) and reflect that Freddie Freeman will not keep up a pace that exceeds Ted Williams in 1941. Basically, we think that the Braves' starting pitching and top of the lineup will keep the team afloat. With that in mind, we did think about what the call up schedule might be for various Braves minor leaguers. Yet again, that's where the interest for the long term truly is.
