Episode 64 - September 22, 2017

With the Braves completely out of it and having a less than stellar week, we took time to reflect on how it actually works to root for a team that is not a winner. We talk about taking pleasure in the successes of the young players and not sweating the ups and downs of the best players on the team. The other thing we reflect on is the way we can invest too much in the individual games of our pitchers. That's the way it goes, you have to find something to cling on to at times like these. Because the Braves are out of the playoffs, we try to understand the rest of baseball, something we rarely do. We might have even figured out that we want to watch these playoffs. It is baseball, after all.
